Brooklyn M. Mailey

Brooklyn Mailey practices in the areas of civil and criminal law, with a particular interest in helping clients navigate complex legal matters and find practical solutions to difficult problems. Her practice includes probate, criminal defense, estate planning, business/corporate law, landlord/tenant disputes, and agricultural law.

Brooklyn takes pride in getting to know her clients and understanding not only the legal issues they are facing, but also the goals they hope to achieve. She recognizes that legal matters can often be stressful and overwhelming, and she works to provide her clients with thoughtful advice, clear communication, and strong advocacy throughout the legal process. Brooklyn is committed to helping her clients make informed decisions and pursue the best possible outcome for their individual circumstances.

Brooklyn was born and raised in Montana and graduated from Montana State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business in 2020. She went on to earn her Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of South Dakota in 2024. Brooklyn is licensed to practice law in South Dakota and is admitted to practice in state and federal courts.

Outside of the office, Brooklyn enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their two dogs, Maverick and Goose. They enjoy spending time on the farm, working outdoors, hiking, skiing, biking, and traveling to the mountains. Brooklyn also competitively played tennis throughout college and continues to play whenever she can.
