$3,000 + sales tax

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Negotiating with buyers and agents
• Work with the Title Company
• Legal fees for Deed and Certificate of Real Estate Value are included

Seller Responsibilities:

• Take pictures
• List the home
• Determine listing price
• Show the home when requested

1.5% + sales tax

• Listing the home on MLS
  (Multiple Listing Service)
• Sign in yard
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Negotiating with buyers and agents
• Work with the Title Company
• Legal fees for Deed and Certificate of Real Estate Value are included‍

2.5% + sales tax

• Take pictures
• Determine listing price
• Listing the home on MLS
  (Multiple Listing Service)
• Sign in yard
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Negotiating with buyers and agents
• Work with the title company
• Legal fees for Deed and Certificate of Real Estate Value are included

Seller Responsibilities:

BUYER'S AGENT RESIDENTIAL ONLY

Exclusivity and Agency Agreements:
Alleviation of extensive Exclusivity Agreements. Rather than binding you to a 6 month - 1 year relationship, we execute home-specific Exclusivity Agreements. If we show you a home that you decide to purchase, we receive a commission.

However, you are free to look for homes on your own without the concern of the underlying exclusivity agreements.

Closing Fees:
We have the ability to work with the Title Company to prepare legal documents, such as Deeds, Certificates of Real Estate Value, Easements, Certificates of Trust, and more to save you money on closing costs.
