Austin Eidahl

In his practice, Austin assists clients with real estate transactions, business formation and governance, contract negotiation and disputes, estate planning, and civil litigation matters. He also advises farmers and ranchers on legal issues affecting agricultural operations. Austin is passionate about helping clients protect their families, assets, and businesses through comprehensive estate planning and guiding them through important legal decisions with clarity and confidence.

Austin attended South Dakota State University, where he earned a degree in Business Economics with a minor in Legal Studies. He then attended the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, where he further strengthened his business and legal foundation by earning an MBA from the Beacom School of Business while completing his law degree.

Austin is originally from Mitchell and made the move to Watertown after graduation.  In his free time Austin enjoys spending time with his fiancé, traveling, and being outdoors.
