Justin L. Larson

Justin Larson has a general practice focus. His diverse areas of practice allow him to assist clients with a wide range of legal issues. Justin defends criminal defendants against felony and misdemeanor charges. He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in civil actions. He enjoys preparing estate plans, drafting or reviewing contracts, assisting with all business corporation needs, and petitioning for guardianship and conservatorships.  

Justin enjoys advocating for his clients in the courtroom. He prides himself on remaining level-headed and ensuring his clients’ needs are addressed. Justin does not shy away from a challenge and embraces facing new obstacles. He is detail oriented in drafting, with a focus on applying the applicable law.

Justin graduated from South Dakota State University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree. He graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2024. Justin is licensed in South Dakota state court.

Justin was born and raised in Watertown, South Dakota. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing and spending time with friends and family.
