Ashlynn R. Burke

Ashlynn Burke is an associate attorney at Austin Law, where she is dedicated to providing practical, compassionate, and results-driven legal representation. She practices in the areas of family law, divorce, child custody and visitation, criminal defense, adoptions, civil litigation, and guardianships and conservatorships.

Ashlynn understands that many legal matters arise during some of the most difficult and emotional times in a person's life. She believes every client deserves an attorney who not only advocates zealously on their behalf but also takes the time to listen, communicate openly, and provide honest guidance throughout the legal process. Whether negotiating a resolution or advocating in the courtroom, Ashlynn is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence and clarity.

A Willow Lake native, Ashlynn earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of South Dakota in 2022 before continuing her education at the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2025.

Outside of the office, Ashlynn enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, cooking and baking, and making memories with family and friends. She is proud to serve individuals and families throughout South Dakota and is committed to providing each client with personalized attention and dedicated legal representation.
